Delivering 50-megapixel + resolution, this lens is ideal for 8K recording and chroma keying as well. It features standardized gear positions with 0.8M gear pitch and a linear iris ring with optional manual control.
Shooters will appreciate the 50-100mm T2’s 82mm filter size and 95mm front diameter — making it compatible with standard ND filters and matte boxes. Sigma has made sure to include electronic contacts on the lens so that it is able to communicate important information to the NEX camera body: focal length, shooting distance, aperture, etc.
