The URSA Mini Pro 12k Open Box is new with a new warranty with 0 hours other than the Resolve License being removed from the box.
Lens Mount: PL mount included (Interchangeable with optional EF and F lens mounts)
What's Included: Blackmagic URSA Mini Pro 12K Body, Turret dust cap, PL lens mount, and Power supply
Warranty: 1 Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Yes, the camera is new and unused, 0 Hours, other than the top of the box being opened to remove Davinci Resolve License.
